FEMALE GAZEEROTICA
“Years after her childhood best friend vanished on her wedding day, a woman finds him behind the screen of a confessional, now a Catholic priest, and turns her confession into a dangerous game of desire, guilt, and control.”
The Confession is a vertical drama told across 13 episodes: a slow-burn chamber piece about a woman who enters a confessional to confront the childhood best friend who vanished from her life and later became a Catholic priest.
What begins as a false confession becomes an intimate psychological reckoning. Lily uses desire, memory and provocation to force Adrian to admit why he abandoned her: not because he felt nothing, but because he could not bear to watch her marry another man.
As the distance between them collapses, the confessional becomes both battleground and sanctuary, exposing the fear beneath his vocation, the anger beneath her seduction, and the question neither of them can avoid: whether faith saved him from his desire, or merely gave him somewhere to hide it.
