FleabagTrue Blood

When a depressed vampire meets a pregnant queer punk, their strange friendship becomes a darkly funny survival guide to womanhood in the modern age.

Bite Me! turns the vampire myth inside out: an ensemble of women claim the night as their own, drinking deep from a culture that has spent centuries telling them to stay thirsty.

Equal parts gallows humour and gothic swoon, the project sits at the intersection of folklore, feminist theory and the giddy pleasure of bared canines.

Industry praise

"The mood of this first episode is fantastic, capturing in tone and voice the feeling of being cut off from humanity for centuries."
"Flashbacks… put the character into these lavish, refined settings and then run wild with the sensual and violent undercurrents brought on by her vampiric lifestyle."
"The script offers a refreshing and new perspective on the genre, really homing in on the psychological effects of vampirism and immortality in a way that few of these shows do."
